Renowned performer and teacher Dr. Sanjay Shantaram from Bangalore will be conducting dance workshop for Intermediate and Advance level dancers.
Smaran is very glad to be associated with such an eminent artist, he has been conducting successful workshops here in Bay Area every year since 2011.

Guru Dr.Sanjay Shantaram will teach Varnam: Sundara mohana muralidhara for all participants.
A soulful varnam composed by mridangam maestro Vidwan G Gurumurthy and tuned by Vidushi Neela Rananuja, is dedicated to the adorable Lord krishna. It speaks about the various episodes of krishnas life as a youngster to a teen till he blesses arjun with the Geethopadesham. The varnam in Sanskrit is a fast paced delightful treat , tuned in raga keeravani and aditalam. The crisp intricately recited jathis make it a challenge to the dancers and an audio visual treat to the rasikas.
All participants will recieve a best quality studio recorded music and get an opportunity to share stage with Guru Dr. Sanjay Shantharam on Aug 9th, 2015.
